Message From Blogs4Life

Blogs4Life
Greetings form Blogs4Life!

We want to thank you for participating in last year's conference of pro-life bloggers. The event was a great success and we appreciated the opportunities we had to network with other bloggers and hear from blogging guru La Shawn Barber and the NRO's Kathryn Jean Lopez.

This year's conference will be even better. For the sake of brevity, here are the facts:

Date: Jan. 22, 2007

Time: 9:00-11:30 am, 2:30-5:00 pm (before and after the March for Life)

Where: The Family Research Council headquarters - just blocks away from the March for Life

Speakers: Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS), Tony Perkins, Ramesh Ponnuru (Party of Death author), Joe Scheidler (Pro-Life Action League), Bobby Schindler (Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation) and Jill Stanek (WorldNetDaily columnist, Pro-Life Speaker).
Whether or not you can attend (and I really hope you can make it), there are a number of other excellent opportunities:

1. Online Symposium – leading up a capstone session at the conference, the FRC's Joe Carter has organized an online symposium and is soliciting entries. Your post on any of three topics will be promoted and enable you to interact constructively with other bloggers and a wide audience.

2. Live Blogging (even from home): a wireless internet connection will be available for those who want to blog the conference as it happen. However, the conference will also be broadcast live by the FRC over the internet , enabling those who do not attend to view it, submit questions and live blog. We hope that you will seriously consider participating in this manner – it is an excellent way to demonstrate the power of blogging by getting the word out.
