This is fascinating! Is is surprising that the cure would comes through moral means? It is not surprising, but it is nonetheless marvelous to behold.

Thanks for the info!

There is a group of physicians, patients and other interested people working together to get treatment with adult stem cells legalized in the U.S. as it should be. Please ask your family and friends to sign up ("JOIN"), and get as many doctors to sign up as well. Please see The American Stem Cell Therapy Association site

This was an incredible moment. Oprah looks stunned. It must have been a very difficult thing for Michaal to hear that his efforts to advance embryionic stem cell research may have delayed the actual cure. Yet, on Larry King today he is still not owning up to this and says that the pursuit ESCR is still "worth while." He will eventually have to own up to it but he is on a book tour right now. A book, I would imagine, that platforms his ideas about the cure for Parkinson's. I always liked him and loved his movies. I feel truly sorry for the way he is suffering with this disease. I just wish he didn't feel that it was okay to get a cure from the death of a baby.
