Whole Life America's "Two for Tuesday"
From Whole Life America President Jason Jones (former president of Hawaii Right to Life):
December 15, 2009
Over 200 years ago the United States Bill of Rights went into effect on this day, December 15, 1791.
The U.S. Bill of Rights espouses ideals that people around the world hold dear: freedom of speech, freedom of press, religion, and assembly; protection from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to due process, right to trial by jury, prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment, and many other basic rights.
2 For Tuesday
For this 2 for Tuesday we ask you to remember the freedoms that you enjoy and continue to live and work for them so that they can be passed on to future generations:
1) If you are in the U.S. please write or call your senator. Tell them you support health care reform that is Whole Life-from the embryo to the elderly, from the child in the womb, to the child in Darfur.
2) Please use your voice online and off, wherever you are in the world, to witness to the inherent beauty and grace of all human life and tell the world, I Am Whole Life!
Every continent and country has a history in which millions of people have promoted human dignity-often at the cost of their lives.
Today find your voice and help build a culture of life, love and beauty.
