Bring the Message of Life to Students...Give Aloha at Foodland!

Did you know that Hawaii school children currently receive so-called "comprehensive" sexual health education that includes instruction from Planned Parenthood employees and/or volunteers? Most parents are unaware of the content of these programs. Middle and high school keiki get information that encourages sexual activity at a young age and discourages dialogue with parents or other adults...often leading to unintended pregnancy and ultimately abortion.

Aloha Life Advocates (formerly Hawaii Right to Life) is presenting the truth to students, providing straight talk about the limits of contraception, the benefits of abstinence, resources for unplanned pregnancy, the miracle of the developing baby, and more. Our young people deserve to know the truth about all of the choices available to them, but for this to happen, we need your help!

All month long, make your grocery trip count for truth and life by donating to the Hawaii Right to Life Education Fund through the Foodland / Foodland Farms / Sack 'n Save "Give Aloha" program.

At check-out, present your Maika'i Card and tell the cashier that you want to give to the Hawaii Right to Life Education Fund #77510. (If you don't have a Maika'i Card, simply request one for free.) Your donation will be added to your grocery purchase total, and the amount will be shown on your receipt. (Donations up to $249 will be accepted at any one time.)

The great news is that Foodland will add to your tax-deductible donation to increase your gift even more! Save your receipt as proof of your donation for your tax return.

Your gift will help us continue to reach Hawaii's students with a positive, life-affirming message and instill the culture of life to the next generation. Mahalo for giving Aloha and for giving Life!
